In this Magic School Bus book, Ms. Frizzle and the class head Down Under
and learn all about Australia's animals!
I think these notebooks turned out so cute!!
We watched some footage of a kookaburra...
which the girls thought was just hilarious!
We listened to the Kookaburra Song too...it even has a super silly version!
We read a little about Australia too...a great book!
I typed up all of the Australian definitions from the book, plus a few extras...
I found this book at a home school garage sale for $1 and LOVE it! We'll be using it all year!
Great worksheets!
Found these at Walmart for snack!
Time for popcorn and a movie!
We finished up the lesson with a little animal review...
What a great first lesson to our Magic School Bus Book Club!
