Today's lesson was all about the frog life cycle!
The little "frogs" posing on their lily pads... Taylor must have been trying to catch a fly!
We read some books about frogs and learned about the life cycle from egg to tadpole to frog, learned that frogs are amphibians, what they eat, what eats them, that the largest frog in the world is the Goliath frog and more!
The girls showing me what frogs use to catch their prey.
Checking out our tadpoles...no legs yet!
We then took turns using frog vocabulary words in a sentence.
Painting a "pond" for our frog life cycle...
We made a frog paper craft...
and tadpole/frog figures.
For snack we had Froggie Floats!
What a "hoppy" way to learn about frogs! :0)
